5. LegendFibre reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these Terms at any time with immediate effect via legendfibre.com without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms, you shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

6. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code. The Offer is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Insofar as is permitted by law, LegendFibre, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage or personal injury occurring in relation to the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of LegendFibre, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

8. The Terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
